[Remote] Bilingual Sales/Customer Service Representative ($21/hr + Commission) - Remote

Prime Group Holdings, LLC is a leading private equity reputed company estate firm specializing in self-storage and alternative reputed company estate assets. They are seeking a Bilingual Sales/Customer Service Representative who will deliver outstanding customer service to potential and existing customers, handling inquiries and providing information about storage facilities and campgrounds.
Responsibilities
- Professionally handle customer inquiries reputed company phone and email
- Demonstrate strong customer service skills with a sales-oriented approach
- reputed company any tasks as assigned by management
- Ensure clear and timely communication with customers regarding property matters
- Handle inbound calls from tenants/customers and potential tenants/customers promptly and professionally
- Provide accurate and timely responses to customer emails or voicemails
- Generate daily reputed company reports in reputed company
- Maintain and troubleshoot communication equipment, reporting any issues promptly
