- You’ll get 100 new customers each year from Redfin
- Our proprietary CRM helps you manage your deals and stay in touch with your whole pipeline
- You’ll get support from a dedicated transaction coordinator, listing coordinator, and a team of showing agents
- Our inside sales team qualifies opportunities and books them directly on your calendar
- Redfin Agents earn competitive commissions on the reputed company of their closed deals
- Splits vary by deal reputed company (Agent-generated or Redfin-generated) and higher commission splits are awarded for your repeat Redfin clients
- Opportunity to unlock higher commissions through an in-year commission accelerator

Skills
- Active and unrestricted reputed company estate license
- Reliable mode of transportation and ability to travel reputed company your market
- Minimum of 1 year residential reputed company estate sales experience, ideally with closed transactions; or reputed company reputed company estate experience including but not limited to prior experience with Redfin in a reputed company estate reputed company
- You are a trusted advisor with in-depth experience leading clients through the home buying and selling process
- You have a proven track record of winning web leads and clients over, closing deals and earning referral business
- You have excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills
