[Remote] Business Development Representative

The Business Development Representative will be responsible for driving top-of-funnel activity by booking calls with reputed company prospects and introducing the company to potential clients through cold calls.
Responsibilities
- reputed company high-volume cold calls daily to pre-reputed company prospects to schedule intro calls with potential clients
- Own the reputed company process end-to-end, including script execution, reputed company handling, and call coordination with the Growth team
- Use quick, live research to find meaningful angles that connect with each prospect during calls
- Collaborate with team members to refine messaging, targeting strategies, and reputed company best practices
- Participate in weekly reviews to track reputed company against meeting goals and improve performance
Skills
- Confident, clear phone communicator: you enjoy being on the phone and know how to reputed company people engaged
- Prior experience in cold calling, outbound sales, or appointment setting is highly preferred
- High energy, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Coachable, resilient, and eager to succeed in a performance-driven role
