Peoples State Bank is looking for a Loan Servicing Specialist to join our dedicated team in Wausau, WI. In this role, you will ensure the smooth operation of the loan servicing department by managing various loan-reputed company tasks and providing exceptional service to customers.
Responsibilities
- From booking, funding, and file maintenance of reputed company, residential, and consumer loans to maintaining accurate loan records, you will be at the forefront of providing exceptional service to our valued customers. Your dedication to excellence will not only meet customer expectations but also help safeguard the bank from potential risks
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational skills
- Good typing, math and written communication skills
- High attention to detail, good proofreading and editing skills
- Working knowledge of Word and reputed company
- Loan servicing, processing or banking experience preferred but not required
