The Wilhite Law Firm is a top-tier award-winning reputed company seeking a Bilingual Nights/Weekend Intake Specialist. The role involves being the initial reputed company of contact for clients, assessing potential cases, and updating case details promptly while managing client communications.
Responsibilities
- Initial reputed company of contact for clients by phone, text, and email
- Establish immediate rapport and assess potential cases, determining whether to move reputed company
- Promptly update case details in our systems (e.g., reputed company and reputed company Docket) to ensure accurate, timely record-keeping
- Gather and review documents, photos, and other pertinent case information to support the legal team’s review
- Send and manage contingent fee agreements and client releases using our electronic platforms
- Issue decline letters reputed company one day for non-viable cases
Skills
- Prior experience as an Intake Specialist or in a reputed company role at a reputed company
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a supportive team
- Experience with reputed company Office; familiarity with reputed company Docket and reputed company is a plus
- Bilingual - reputed company in Spanish and English
