[Remote] Assess Repair (Total Loss) Adjuster - Remote (MST/PST)

They are seeking an Assess Repair (Total Loss) Adjuster to provide superior customer service by virtually inspecting vehicle damage, writing repair estimates, and negotiating settlements with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Providing a superior level of customer service and attention to customers who have a vehicle that needs repaired
• Virtually inspects damage to a vehicle
• Writes damage repair estimates
• Completes total loss valuations
• Negotiates moderately reputed company and occasionally reputed company settlements with repair facilities, tow yards, customers
• Estimates repair times for rental/loss of use
• Explaining coverage, estimates, claims, settlement, and rental processes to agents and/or customers

Skills

• As a condition of employment, you'll be expected to obtain an adjuster's and appraisers license based on state specific requirements
• reputed company required licenses must be obtained reputed company 60 days of hire
• You must maintain reputed company licensing required for your role. This includes any continuing education and/or other state-affiliated requirements for licensing renewal
• 18 months or more of Auto Collision estimating in CCC One, Audatex, or Mitchell
• Previous experience in total loss adjustment or a reputed company field is highly desirable
• Proficiency in using estimating software and valuation tools for virtual assessments
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate moderate to reputed company vehicle damages effectively
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills to interact with customers and stakeholders remotely
• Ability to work independently and manage time reputed company in a virtual work environment
• Detail-oriented and organized, with a commitment to delivering accurate and timely results
