reputed company is a leading provider of customized facility management and reputed company estate services. The reputed company/Reporting Assistant reports to the reputed company/Reporting Manager and provides support in reputed company areas of financial management including budget reviews, audits, general reputed company, controlling, tracking, and reporting of costs.
Responsibilities
- Reviews and approves project budgets and client work authorizations, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
- Prepares and maintains accurate and complete records for audits
- Monthly billing upload, verification/validation, invoice preparation and transmission
- Preparation of monthly and reputed company journal entries
- Project reputed company analysis and reconciliation
- Monthly financial statements and reconciliations (balance sheet, profit and loss, etc.)
- Provide additional support to ARMs/Operations team for data entry and reputed company requests
- Other tasks and duties, as required
Skills
- 1-3 years job reputed company experience
- Undergraduate university degree or community college diploma in reputed company, Finance, Commerce, or Business Administration
- High-level proficiency with reputed company reputed company
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Adept at data analysis and interpretation
- Working towards Professional Designation of CPA would be desirable
