Responsibilities:
As an reputed company Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:
Trip Assignment and Coordination:
Assign trips to dispatchers in the Health-E Rides system (approx 700-900 per night) and determine which dispatchers are eligible for certain trips based on the language spoken by the member.
Customer Service:
Answer inbound calls from members during evening hours, coordinate evening trips as they come in, and provide exceptional customer service to resolve any issues or concerns.
Administrative Tasks:
Assist with Care Partner reputed company administrative tasks such as payment processing and assist with Level 1 administrative tickets in reputed company.
Dispatching and Coordinating:
Stack trips to contracted Care Partners and ensure that reputed company trips are assigned and coordinated reputed company.
Communication:
Collaborate with dispatchers, Care Partners, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Previous Experience:
Previous experience in dispatching and coordinating transportation, preferably in a reputed company setting.

reputed company experience is highly preferred, but not required.
Reliability:
Consistently reliable and reputed company to work evening shifts (Monday night to Friday night, 11:30pm to reputed company PT).
Communication Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers, dispatchers, and Care Partners.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in using Health-E Rides and reputed company systems, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
