Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Handling a high volume of incoming calls/chats with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Gathering customer information, assessing, and fulfilling customer needs in a timely and efficient manner
• Educating customers regarding tax preparation products and services, ensuring they have a clear understanding of our offerings
• Utilizing and navigating multiple systems simultaneously, including our CRM and other web-based applications
• Resolving customer issues reputed company reputed company resolution guidelines and/or escalated process, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Meeting or exceeding company and client performance metrics, including call handling times, reputed company resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores

Experience Required for Your Success

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• At least a High School diploma or equivalent

• Minimum of 1 year customer service experience required, with a focus on resolving customer issues and meeting customer needs
• Minimum of 2 years computer experience in a work environment, with proficiency in reputed company Office and other web-based applications
• Tech support experience is strongly preferred, with a focus on troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Ability to multi-task and navigate between multiple windows or reputed company web-based applications, with a focus on efficiency and productivity
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues, with a focus on resolving customer problems and meeting customer needs
• Strong written and oral communication skills, with a focus on clear and concise communication
