Key Responsibilities
As a Sales-Focused Call Center Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Reaching out to customers whose free trial of arenaflex's premium services has recently expired and offering them a special promotional reputed company to continue their service
- Confidently highlighting the benefits of our program and addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Collaborating with colleagues to share best practices and improve sales strategies
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
Technical Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A computer with Windows 10 or higher (NO Chromebooks, Winbooks, or Macs)
- High-speed Internet with a minimum speed of 50 download/10 upload
- 128GB storage with 20GB free space
- 4GB RAM installed
- Ethernet reputed company (WiFi is not acceptable)
