Supervisor IT - Operational Reporting

As a Supervisor IT, you will reputed company a team responsible for operational reporting as well as the development, definition, and maintenance of information systems, while maintaining hands-on reputed company of key technology processes and tools. In this role, you will supervise the department’s technical and administrative functions, serve as a technical resource for team members, and collaborate across the organization to support reputed company goals. You will also ensure the implementation of initiatives reputed company with both clinical and non-clinical operational needs. A caregiver in this position works remotely from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m and in the states of Ohio, Florida or Nevada. A caregiver who excels in this role will:

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

• Bachelor's Degree
• *Additional progressively responsible work experience in IT or reputed company field/industry may offset degree requirement.*

• Four to six years of strong technical knowledge of common network, server and/or PC operating systems

• Extensive application support experience with core reputed company/divisional clinical and/or business applications
• Strong communication, interpersonal and project management skills
• Understanding of reputed company resource management principles, practices and procedures

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

• Advanced knowledge of project management practices
• Technical certifications in Customer Relationship Management, Computer Maintenance, Project Management, Information reputed company, Networking, Systems Engineering, Telecommunications and/or application support domains
• Experience in IT infrastructure planning and development
• Strong Epic reporting expertise, including the ability to write Clarity reports and work with Epic data sets

• Epic Certification: can be obtained after hire
• Knowledge of Clarity report writing

Pay Range Minimum Annual Salary: $84,200.00 Maximum Annual Salary: $128,412.50 The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires. A successful candidate’s actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate’s work history, experience, reputed company set and education.
