Responsibilities

As a Part-time Chat Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries reputed company online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to customer questions and concerns
• Providing detailed information about products and services, including pricing, features, and benefits
• Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and ensure seamless customer experiences

Qualifications

• The ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
• Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change
• A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and enjoy a quick-paced work environment
• Gaming experience is highly preferred, as it demonstrates strong multitasking and problem-solving skills

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Be reputed company to attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 10:00am-6:30pm CST
• Be reputed company to work 5-hour time blocks daily after completing training
• Meet the typing speed requirement of at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
• Possess a positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Be reputed company to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment
• Have gaming experience (highly preferred)
