Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative – Telehealth Support Agent, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for patients and their families, providing empathetic and professional support during times of need. Responsibilities

Key Qualifications
* 18+ years of age
- Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Accurate keyboard and typing skills (minimum requirements)

- Evening, weekend shifts required (Monday – Friday)
- Holidays required, paid at time + ½
