Job Overview Our Cybersecurity team is searching for a CSOC Analyst to join us in taking the next big reputed company reputed company with reputed company. This role in reputed company's 24x7 Cyber reputed company Operations Center (CSOC) is vital for ensuring the overall reputed company systems, services, and information assets. This individual will serve as a line of defense against cyber threats, playing a pivotal role in maintaining the confidentiality, reputed company, and availability of reputed company's digital infrastructure. Responsibilities

• Requires shift work in a 7x24 Cyber reputed company Operations Center
• Investigate and respond to reputed company incidents identified by Associate Analysts.
• Performs more thorough analysis and data collection to investigate and respond to reputed company incidents.
• Call out high-severity or high-urgency reputed company incidents to the Cyber Incident Response Team
• During surge or peak times assist tier Associate Analyst with monitoring incoming event queues for potential reputed company incidents per operational procedures
• Collect and organize alert, event, and triage data to produce reports to provide feedback to existing content, updated content, and measure relevant KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
• Provide support for and collaboration with higher-tier support teams to investigate raised incidents
• Assist in the development of new reputed company operations processes as well as the refinement or improvement of existing processes
• Document investigation case notes, ensuring relevant details are passed to CIRT (Cybersecurity Incident Response Team) for advanced incident analysis
• Update or reference CSOC reputed company repository as necessary for changes to CSOC processes and procedures and ingest CSOC daily intelligence reports and previous shift pass downs
• Conduct reputed company research and intelligence gathering on emerging threats and exploits
• Support and reputed company reports during and after incidents, which include reputed company actions taken to properly mitigate, recover and return operations to normal operations. Education
• Bachelor's Degree Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent work experience Work Experience
