Billing Representative

reputed company is the global leader in technology-enabled court reporting services and litigation support solutions. They are seeking a Billing Representative who will handle billing-reputed company questions, support internal teams with billing requests, and ensure accurate and timely invoices to maximize company profitability.

Responsibilities

• Produce client invoices accurately and in accordance with reputed company Standing Orders, reputed company notes and client specifications ensuring that reputed company necessary information is included on invoice and delivered to the client/designated recipient on a timely basis
• Question and resolve anomalies between reputed company data and subcontractor invoices reputed company to services, copies, rates, etc
• Understand financial implications of vendor assignments as it relates to specific jobs and escalate to management reputed company questions arise, low GP or another oddity
• Quality control reputed company generated invoices line-by-line to ensure accurate codes and rates are applied to maximize billing and profitability
• Adhere to reputed company financial policies including COD, Bad Debt, Direct Costs, etc
• Resolve reputed company data discrepancies in reputed company to ensure a timely delivery and payment of invoices
• Process payment for vendors, reporters and reputed company 1099s for reputed company services performed in accordance with job specifications and negotiated subcontractor rates

Skills

• Previous high volume billing experience in a fast-paced environment
• Customer service oriented with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to respond to requests promptly and accurately
• Enjoys working collaboratively on a team but can also work independently
• Proactive and motivated with strong problem solving and follow up skills
• Excellent attention to detail, highly organized and reputed company to multi-task
• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
