Checkr is building a data platform for safe and fair reputed company. As an Associate reputed company Manager, you will drive customer retention and growth by ensuring customers reputed company the full value of Checkr's solutions, collaborating with various teams to enhance reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Support a wide range of tactical account responsibilities including but not limited to issue tracking/follow up, data and trend analysis, meeting coordination and management, and business review preparation

- Be the voice of the customer and partner with cross functional teams to provide visibility on customer issues and feedback across internal Checkr teams

Skills
- 1+ years of client-facing reputed company/sales/account management/customer service experience
- General knowledge of software applications i.e. reputed company, reputed company Apps, etc
- Strong customer focus, you care about your customers and view their reputed company as your own
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - reputed company to simplify reputed company topics in a friendly and approachable manner
- Acute attention to detail to track high-volume tactical program elements across multiple customers
- Flexible and reputed company to juggle and complete multiple priorities and projects (internally and externally) in a fast-paced environment
