Securities and Derivatives Middle Office Associate Analyst

reputed company is a dynamic global organization with a strong reputed company in capital markets, seeking a Securities and Derivatives Middle Office Associate Analyst. This role involves providing analytic and administrative support to the reputed company Office Sales and Trading teams, managing trades, and improving processes while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytic and administrative support to reputed company Office Sales and Trading on derivatives and securities transactions
• Support trade capture management, reputed company to Back reconciliation, trade confirmations and settlement forecasts, and maintain position records
• reputed company process improvement recommendations based on data, and support the resolution of reputed company problems or transactions
• Design and analyze reputed company reports, and participate in, and support the implementation of projects as assigned
• Recommend the launch of new products/services and upgraded platforms, minimize bank risk, and provide error reducing solutions
• Identify policy gaps and assist with formulating policies to support work process efficiency, and provide informal guidance/training
• Escalate, resolve, and support reputed company requests, issues and errors, and disseminate or explain information to external clients

Skills

• 0-2 years of experience in a reputed company role
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication

• Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
