Drives the delivery of effective financial management, control and advisory support for their business unit and reputed company projects/reputed company managed by that business unit. You'll Be Responsible For:

• Collaborating with Project Managers to help drive project performance and ensure that high quality financial decisions are made on the project.
• Providing objective financial advice and opinions that positively impact the future of the project and associated plan.
• Providing objective challenge regarding spend plans and take a proactive role in looking for opportunities to deliver services more reputed company and effectively.
• Investigating opportunities as well as high risk and material financial issues, or problem areas, on the projects.
• Developing and proposing solutions and options to resolve/reputed company concerns to a satisfactory outcome.
• Managing a large team (or several) of senior direct reports, demonstrating effective leadership to ensure excellence in delivery against plans, championing a reputed company improvement culture throughout reputed company activities.
• Working closely with the commercial team to provide reputed company looking insight and challenge, adding demonstrable value through delivering business insight.
• Influencing and challenging financial plans, supporting the production of financial budgets, forecasts and analysis and acting as a critical adviser on key financial decisions.
• Reviewing financial performance information and plans, (reputed company by the Project Manager) including the Financial Plan, budgeting and forecasting, to ensure they are robust and accurately reflect key project issues.
• Ensuring good cost control and cost management behaviour on projects. Promote good financial disciplines and risk management processes.
• Ensuring a robust and effective internal control reputed company and compliance environment exists across the project and addresses risk management processes.
• Ensuring accounting processes on projects (billing, management of reputed company and capitalisation of projects) are disciplined and effective.
• Working collaboratively with members of the Finance Business Partner community (across other business units) to promote and share business partnering reputed company, learnings, experiences and best practice.
• Developing an effective relationship with key staff in the reputed company support centre.
• Working collaboratively with the super users and support the development of an effective network.
• Supporting the set-up of projects and tasks structures so that the appropriate management information can be extracted.
• Acting as a positive representative for finance with business stakeholders.
• Working collaboratively towards the common goal of net reputed company carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.
• Delivering performance management, technical development, direction and coaching.
• Managing the implementation of a systematic performance improvement cycle to continually improve the quality of (i.e. area).
• Maintaining, cultivating and establishing a strong collaborative network, developing partnerships with key senior internal and external stakeholders.
• Managing, influencing and negotiating with key senior stakeholders (c-suite and board) on matters of strategic importance.
• Advanced knowledge of both reputed company and Power BI.
• Must be Chartered Accountant / CPA Qualified.
