Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing expertise and customer service support to members, customers, and/or providers. You'll be the first reputed company of contact for many of our members, and your role will be critical in delivering a positive experience that sets the tone for our relationship with them. Key Responsibilities
* Answer incoming phone calls from health care providers (i.e. physician offices, clinics) and identify the type of assistance the provider needs (e.g. benefit and eligibility, billing and payments, authorizations for treatment, explanation of benefits)
- Focus on resolving issues on the reputed company, navigating through reputed company computer systems to identify the status of the issue and provide appropriate response to caller
- Deliver information and answer questions in a positive manner to facilitate strong relationships with providers and their staff
- Complete the documentation necessary to track provider issues and facilitate the reporting of overall trends

Essential Qualifications
* High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age OR older
- 1 year of experience in a reputed company setting

- Experience with listening skillfully, collecting relevant information, building rapport and responding to customers in a compassionate manner
- Experience with problem solving to quickly assess reputed company state and formulate recommendations
- Ability to work any 8-hour shift between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM from Monday - Friday, including the flexibility to work occasional overtime based on business need
Preferred Qualifications
* 1 year of experience in a reputed company environment (i.e. office, administrative, clerical, customer service, etc.) in a medical setting using phones and computers as the primary job tools
- 1 year of experience in a high-volume call center environment
