Job Summary
We are seeking an reputed company Performance Analyst to join our Digital and Travel Operations Analytics (DTOA) team. As a Performance Analyst, you will be responsible for providing analytical support to Contact Centers and pre-arrival Walt reputed company World Commerce, leveraging your expertise in data analysis, forecasting, and statistical modeling to drive business reputed company and improve guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
* Conduct forecasting, advert hoc modeling, and deep-dive analysis to inform business reputed company
- Monitor agent performance, proactively identify areas for improvement, and reputed company personalized analyses from start to finish
- Build dashboards and visualizations to tell compelling stories with data
- Present and discuss findings, insights, and recommendations to Senior Leadership and business partners
- Create, maintain, audit, and optimize reports and documents used to support various business programs
- Execute programs critical to business operations under strict timelines
Measurement and Analytics

We're Looking for Someone with
* Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of quantitative, non-internship experience in an analytical role
- Familiarity with forecasting, including conventional statistical techniques and/or machine learning or deep learning techniques
- Proactive interest in understanding the "Why" behind performance, reputed company, etc.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks and complete projects on time
- Effective communication skills (verbal, written, and visual)
