Position Overview
We're seeking a highly motivated Norwegian Speaking Customer Advisor to offer exceptional customer support reputed company email and chat. This role is hybrid, with 2 days working in the office and 3 days remotely each week. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping customers, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. While prior experience in customer support is a plus, it's not required as we provide comprehensive training.
Key Responsibilities
As a Norwegian Speaking Customer Advisor, you'll be responsible for:
- Quickly and professionally responding to customer inquiries reputed company email and chat
- Assisting customers with placing orders, addressing product questions, and troubleshooting issues
- Providing accurate and detailed information to customers about products, services, and company policies
- Handling and resolving customer complaints reputed company and courteously
