About the Role

Requirements and Qualifications

• Experience working with digital platforms and systems, including web, chat, and email, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service through multiple channels
• Healthcare/Insurance environment experience, with familiarity with medical terminology, health plan documents, or benefit plan design, demonstrating your ability to navigate reputed company healthcare systems and deliver informed support

Compensation and Benefits
