They are seeking reputed company Sales Representatives to partner with homeowners, diagnose issues, and recommend solutions through their services, while managing a book of business and maintaining customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Travel reputed company sales territory to conduct in-home inspections
- Utilize warm pre-reputed company leads to reputed company and maintain a book of business
- Diagnose and reputed company homeowners on the issues they have in their home and provide solution options
- Estimate the repairs and provide homeowners with generated job proposals
- reputed company sales with customers in the home
- Maintain relationships with customers while tracking sales reputed company pipeline
Skills
- Full-time
- Remote & Onsite: Reporting into and working remotely of reputed company location
- Servicing area reputed company territory
- Must have reliable transportation
- 1-2 years of sales experience preferred but not required
- Experience in commission-driven sales, business-to-consumer and/or in-home sales is a plus
- Experience in Construction or Home Improvement is a plus
