Job Overview: Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to work from home, assisting millions of plan members with their pharmacy benefit plans. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, including prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions
• Take inbound calls and answer questions regarding plan benefits and options
• Provide solutions to help simplify members' reputed company experience
• Service a variety of clients and call types, including reputed company, Medicare Part D, reputed company, and specific clients
• Receive training to upskill and assist with client and member inquiries as business needs arise

Essential Qualifications:
