Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborating with our reputed company Sales Representatives to gather information and provide quotes to customers
• Maintaining accurate records and updating customer information using industry-based software programs

Essential Qualifications
