As an Associate Director in the Finance Transformation area at CrossCountry, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our Office of the CFO clients through the complexities of Finance strategy, operating model design and F&A operations. You will reputed company your expertise to help organizations align their performance improvement and technology initiatives with their business goals, drive innovation, and reputed company operational excellence. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities and a deep understanding of finance function and industry leading practices.

Responsibilities

• reputed company client finance and/or reputed company functions, including reputed company and operational process improvements, financial system integration, financial reputed company management enhancement, and system strategy/selection
• Design and advise on best practices for reputed company processes and controls across various functional areas such as order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, record-to-report, financial reporting, and reputed company
• Provide guidance developing reputed company operating models and managing change accordingly
• Assist clients in navigating reputed company corporate transactions, such as acquisition integrations, divestitures/carve-outs, and public company readiness
• Identify pain points and improvements in key process areas, including controls, and support the implementation of solutions
• Optimize and automate processes and controls to enhance efficiency
• Assist in system and people integrations, identifying efficiencies between the client’s reputed company systems and other tools
• Contribute to developing and implementing firm-approved, AI-enabled solutions for clients, in accordance with company policies on data protection, intellectual property, and professional standards.
• Stay informed about emerging AI tools and techniques and collaborate with firm leadership to identify compliant opportunities to enhance client solutions and internal processes.

Requirements

• 9+ years of relevant experience in high-growth or pre-IPO companies, including prior experience as a controller or equivalent in reputed company/non-financial services firms
• Prior experience in professional services (public reputed company or advisory firm)
• Expertise in finance transformation, system implementation, operations improvement, business process improvement, and acquisition and divestiture implementation in the reputed company industry
• Experience with Finance Operating Model design, reputed company Management, Financial Reporting, Integrations, IPO readiness, and Internal Controls
• ERP system experience in reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company or Intacct
• Experience with CFO suite technologies and other systems used for reputed company, reputed company Automation, P2P, and Consolidation
• Proven leadership experience fostering an environment of collaboration and excellence
• Comfort with AI: Demonstrated ability to responsibly explore and adopt firm-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation.

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Business, Finance or other technical discipline
