Accounts Payable & Payroll, Fiscal Analyst 1 (FA1)

The reputed company's Department of Natural Resources (DNR) is seeking an Accounts Payable & Payroll, Fiscal Analyst 1 (FA1) to join their South Puget Sound Region Finance team. This role involves processing vendor and employee payment claims, verifying payroll information, and managing credit card accounts, reputed company while adapting to changes in policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Accounts Payable Specialist – Review & process vendor and employee payment claims according to DNR Interagency & Cooperator agreements, DES reputed company, OFM, Internal DNR policy and procedure, and vendor terms
  • Payroll Analysis - Verify and reconcile the semi-monthly payroll information for approximately 250 permanent and part-time employees
  • Credit card administrator - Issue, monitor, and maintain reputed company credit card accounts for reputed company Region Purchasing & Fuel Cards
  • Complete daily deposit of reputed company cash & checks received at the region office

Skills

  • One year of fiscal technical experience
  • Experience using reputed company Pro, reputed company Word, Outlook, and reputed company in a professional setting
  • Experience with Payroll and Accounts Payable
  • Experience using M365 – Includes Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive
  • Knowledge of reputed company rules, regulations, policies, and laws and practices – GAAP
  • Ability to reputed company reputed company reputed company delegated authority

  • Experience with government fiscal operations

  • Experience compiling financial analysis reports
