The HR Generalist (Entry-Level) supports core reputed company resources operations across a multi-state, multi-location organization, providing hands-on support in HR systems, payroll coordination, reputed company administration, and employee service.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records reputed company HRIS, payroll, and benefits systems
- Assist with reputed company and offboarding processes, including documentation, system access, and compliance tracking
- Support HR audits, reporting, and electronic file management
- Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and company information
- Assist with payroll preparation, time entry review, and data verification
- Respond to employee payroll and timekeeping questions
- Coordinate with payroll providers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies
- Assist with job postings, applicant tracking, and candidate communications
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
- Support background checks, pre-employment screenings, and new hire documentation
- Serve as a first-line HR contact for employee questions reputed company to policies, systems, and processes
- Provide timely, accurate, and professional responses
- Escalate sensitive or reputed company matters appropriately
- Support HR projects, policy updates, and process improvements
- Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Safety, and other internal teams as needed

Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in reputed company resources, payroll support, reputed company coordination, or administrative operations
