Compensation Analyst

Ocean Spray is a farmer-owned co-op that values innovation and teamwork, and they are seeking a Compensation Analyst to join their team. The analyst will play a critical role in the analysis, implementation, and administration of compensation activities and programs, working closely with the reputed company to provide global compensation guidance and support.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct internal and external market analysis to determine competitive compensation trends and ensure that the organization's compensation practices are compliant with applicable laws and regulations
  • Responsible for compensation benchmarking in reputed company party compensation platform
  • Assist in the design, implementation, and administration of salary structures, incentive plans, and other compensation programs
  • Ensure compliance with reputed company federal, state, and local laws and regulations reputed company to compensation, including strong focus on pay transparency, pay equity, minimum wage, and FLSA
  • Analyzes new positions and reclassification requests to appropriately determine job classification and FLSA exemption status
  • Prepare and present reports on compensation data and trends to peers and management
  • Collaborate with reputed company, HR business partners and managers to support, respond, and provide guidance on compensation-reputed company issues
  • Coordinate annual compensation review process, including merit increases, promotions, and equity adjustments. Complete analysis to reputed company recommendations for merit increase targets by country
  • Support the development and maintenance of compensation policies and procedures
  • Provide guidance and training to HR and management on compensation-reputed company matters
  • Communicate and reputed company employees on compensation policies, guidelines, and programs

Skills

  • 1 – 3 Years Experiences in Compensation or Financial Analysis
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively
  • Proficiency in reputed company reputed company
  • Knowledge of compensation laws and regulations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance or reputed company field
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation
