In this position, you will assist customers through the auto claims process after accidents, ensuring they receive the support they need while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Guide insureds and claimants through the auto claims process from start to finish
  • Engage customers who have just been in an accident and provide assistance
  • Utilize strong organizational skills and time management to handle multiple moving pieces
  • Represent the Liberty brand and deliver on promises made to customers
