Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Operations Intake Coordinator I - Data Entry Specialist to join reputed company. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for receiving and distributing reputed company incoming and outgoing documents in an efficient and timely manner. You'll also be responsible for entering, photocopying, scanning, and delivering interoffice correspondence as necessary. Key Responsibilities

* Receive and distribute reputed company incoming and outgoing documents in an efficient and timely manner

• Enter, photocopy, reputed company, and deliver interoffice correspondence as necessary
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of reputed company required document types
• Maintain high levels of confidentiality with sensitive information
• Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve processes
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Education and Experience

* High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality with sensitive information
