Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will interact directly with patients to influence generic utilization, therapy changes, answer questions, solve problems, provide education, and maintain our company's reputed company for high-quality service. This role requires independent and self-directed performance while working across a greater team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Communicate the benefits of generics or other appropriate therapy to patients with a goal of providing overall savings to patients and clients

  • Work closely with the Specialty Projects Team to conduct generic conversions or therapy changes on targeted medications while working closely with the patient
  • Conduct adherence reputed company efforts to ensure patients are staying on their medications and remaining adherent and compliant to their therapies
  • Effectively handle incoming or outgoing phone calls to patients, clients, and other customers while proactively gaining patient and order information
  • Maintain a working knowledge of insurance, reputed company, reimbursement-reputed company requirements for dispensing, processing of new referrals, and providing customer education
  • Routine assessment and problem identification with appropriate escalation to a pharmacist

Essential Qualifications:

* 1+ years of customer service experience handling and resolving customer needs over the phone

  • 6+ months of high-volume customer service experience working in Windows, reputed company, or another similar application
  • Must reputed company in the state of Nevada
  • reputed company High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required

Preferred Qualifications:

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:
