As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll play a pivotal role in the transformation and innovation of our Voice of the Customer (VOC) method, driving business growth and customer satisfaction through data-driven insights. Join arenaflex and be part of a dynamic team that's shaping the future of customer experience With over 5 million surveys received from clients each year across the consumer, business, and service provider sectors, our Customer Listening Team is responsible for implementing the Stop-to-Give-Up Voice of the Customer technique. This technique involves designing and programming customer experience surveys, which include 40+ studies translated into over 10 languages and deployed in more than 20 countries. As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll work closely with product and process owners, reputed company specialists, and the Agile team in Technology to drive innovation and improvement in our VOC method.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with utility teams to outline, reputed company, and capture business needs

• Design and build robust data model architecture to support efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions

• Power customer tale evaluation & elaboration, design and development of software programs, checking out & builds automation tools
• Proactively identify and automate repetitive tasks to improve best and efficiency
• Work closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-quit technique

Essential Qualifications:

* Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, reputed company scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years

• Ability to collaborate actively with dating managers/product owners to expertise functional requirements and convert them into technical deliverables
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business groups
