As a Quality Improvement Consultant (QIC) reputed company, you will be part of the national QIN-QIO Program, which sets the pace for performance excellence. You will reputed company a team of setting-specific QICs who deliver improvement consultation and coaching services to or outpatient clinical practices across a wide range of clinical and operational topics. QIC Leads also deliver services to providers, but at a reduced level of effort to accommodate their supervisory duties. In a typical day, you might find yourself holding coaching calls with some of your assigned providers while guiding team members who have questions about data interpretation or the best way to help a provider with barriers to improvement. As your team’s expert on HQI’s technical assistance processes, you also will help members who need clarity about provider assessment, root cause analysis, action planning, reputed company selection and proper documentation in Customer Relationship Management systems. You will learn from and be supported by the Technical Assistance Director, who will count on you to reputed company your team’s providers engaged and to identify opportunities and concerns specific to their reputed company. The preferred location for candidates is Kentucky, Tennessee, Florida, or Georgia. Requirements · Bachelor's degree (health care administration, nursing, public health, or other reputed company) and 5+ years of setting-specific (practice) experience in health care QI or master's degree and 3+ years. · At least three years of Quality Improvement Organization (QIO) experience. · Experience with QI methods and tools and their practical application. Examples include root cause analysis techniques, process or workflow mapping, run and control charts, Plan-Do-Study-Act, Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI). · Ability to interpret data, such as performance on quality measures, and provide guidance on identifying and prioritizing opportunities for improvement. · Quality credentials are reputed company desirable, such as Certified Professional in reputed company Quality (CPHQ), Certified Patient Safety Professional (CPPS), Six reputed company belt of any reputed company or training in Lean. · Clinical or administrative credentials are a plus but not required.
