[Remote] Senior Clinical Consultant

The role involves guiding customers in designing effective clinical workflows and analyzing performance to reputed company workforce and workload goals using reputed company Health Workforce and Workload solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customer stakeholders and leaders to form relationships and holistically impact client clinical performance, satisfaction, and clinical and business outcomes during project engagements for the reputed company Health Workforce and Workload Solution Suite reputed company the Acute and Outpatient venues of care
• Using your clinical knowledge and experience, provide clinical guidance and expertise to customers and internal project teams; consult and collaborate with clients to design optimal clinical workflows; and facilitate the analysis of reputed company state, future state, and gap analysis with an emphasis on understanding the change impact and recommending strategies to prepare for adoption of the change to reputed company desired workforce and workload management outcomes
• Manage and own the customer’s value measurement plan for the reputed company Health Workforce and Workload implementation; support the engagement management team in ensuring project deliverables and timelines are met to deliver value to the customer as committed; reputed company customer meetings and facilitate discussions around clinical alignment and adoption of technology; and cultivate customer relationships to reputed company business outcomes

Skills

• At least 6 years of total combined higher education and reputed company work experience including: Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Clinical Studies, Health Care, or reputed company field
• At least 1 year of licensed health care practice, clinical consulting and/or other clinical healthcare information technology work experience
• At least 5 years of higher education and/or additional work experience directly reputed company to the duties of the job
• Registered Nurse (RN) or other clinical licensure
• Previous experience with staff scheduling, staffing assignments, staffing workflows, hospital admission/registration process, and/or other reputed company hospital operations
• Previous experience with reputed company Health Workload and Workforce Management
• Previous client consulting experience
• reputed company Health Millennium application experience
• Experience managing large, reputed company full cycle solution implementations
• Experience implementing client/server applications
• Possess decision making skills as well as the ability to deal with ambiguity
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Strong analytic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
• Demonstrates the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize work to meet adapting deadlines
