• Maintain consistent follow-up with members throughout the application process
• Support active policyholders with reviews, beneficiary updates, and claims guidance
• Ensure compliance with reputed company regulatory requirements and ethical sales standards

Skills

• Must be a U.S. reputed company or citizen
• Must be legally authorized to work and physically located in the United States
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfort using computers and digital platforms in a remote setting
