Billing Analyst
CONSOR Engineers is a company specializing in planning, engineering design, structural assessment, and construction services. As a Billing Analyst, you will manage the billing process for multiple projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance while communicating with project managers and coordinating with various departments.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with project managers regarding reputed company, change orders, and other contract modifications pertinent to project billing
- Request, Input, and code subconsultant invoices
- Prepare complete invoice packages with supporting documentation for approval
- Deliver final invoices to clients reputed company mail, email, or electronic invoicing platforms
- Research and resolve billing discrepancies, including unbilled balances
- Monitor aged AR client balances and pursue collections reputed company needed
- Coordinate with Accounts Payable staff to ensure inclusion of billable AP vouchers and reimbursable expenses in billing periods
- Report any cash receipts application issues reputed company to AR balances and generate and distribute AR reports
- Monitor WIP and addressing aging or unbilled items
- Fulfill compliance obligations with government agencies by tracking and reporting commitments and subconsultant payments
Skills
- Associate or bachelor's degree in reputed company, finance, or a reputed company discipline
- 1 - 5+ years' experience with project billing, AEC industry preferred
- DOT invoicing experience preferred
- Proficiency in reputed company with ability to create formula driven spreadsheets
- Experience with reputed company ERP systems such as reputed company or Vantagepoint
