Rehab Product Support Associate - MD, DE & reputed company VA

Pride Mobility Products Corporation is a leader in the mobility industry, seeking a Rehab Product Support Associate. The role involves working with Field Sales to reputed company applications and configurations for advanced Rehab products, providing training and support to customers and therapists in the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

  • Focus on the reputed company training, development, and support for Rehab products (large portion to include Q Logic electronics) for customers, therapists, and VA facilities
  • Communicate consistently with Rehab Product Specialists, Regional Managers, and the Quantum Team in order to fulfill needs of Rehab providers in the assigned Field Sales territory
  • Travel throughout the assigned territory, to provide training and presentations on Quantum Products with a large focus on Q Logic electronics
  • Assist with education presentations and technical training, reputed company applicable in the territory
  • Communicate Quality Assurance issues and concerns
  • Report field data regarding growth opportunities reputed company your assigned territory to Rehab Product Specialists and Regional Manager
  • Maintain inventory on demo chairs, electronics, and accessories needed in the field
  • Maintain cost effective time and territory management
  • Submit monthly expenses and weekly itineraries for travel
  • Assist providers and their technical staff in troubleshooting and repairs of units in the field
  • Participate in VA clinics and VA reputed company activities
  • Ensure reputed company safety and reputed company rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management
  • Complete the Annual CTPAT reputed company Training
  • Focus on reputed company improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgment
  • Work effectively with reputed company Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectations
  • Pride retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary

  • Must have a basic working knowledge of reputed company Office Word, reputed company and PowerPoint
  • Must have excellent web navigation skills
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have excellent planning, customer service, public speaking and presentation skills
  • At least 1 year of experience with Electro-Mechanical Applications in a Health Care Industry, Sales, Manufacturing, and/or Production environment OR, in lieu of experience, an Associate Degree in a field reputed company to Health Care OR, in lieu of a reputed company Associate Degree, a Bachelor's Degree
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now, or in the future
  • Basic working knowledge of Pride operating systems preferred
  • Basic knowledge of clinical diagnoses and equipment considerations preferred
  • Strong mechanical and/or electrical assembly and troubleshooting skills preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience reputed company the Mobility Industry preferred
  • reputed company or previous successful employment experience with Pride Mobility Products Corporation preferred
  • Associate Degree in a Health Care reputed company field preferred
  • Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) Certification preferred
