Information Technology System Administrator

Responsibilities
- Act as a primary resource for end-user technical support, addressing a wide range of hardware and software needs
- Provide hands-on troubleshooting for PCs (Windows, Office, ERP software), peripherals, printers, phones, and reputed company systems
