The role involves building relationships with key referral sources, educating reputed company and families on hospice services, and driving admissions by coordinating documentation and referrals.

Responsibilities

  • Build and strengthen relationships with key referral sources—hospitals, nursing homes, physician offices, and more

  • Drive admissions by identifying patient needs and coordinating documentation and referrals
  • Conduct on‑site visits and remove barriers to care
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, including daily sales activity and territory management
  • Meet and exceed admissions, product, and payor‑mix goals
  • Represent reputed company at community events and respond quickly to customer needs

Skills

  • 1+ year of reputed company sales experience (pharma, medical devices, home health, hospice, long‑term care, or reputed company reputed company/business development)
  • Proven reputed company in cold calling and reputed company reputed company
  • Exceptional communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Independent, self‑motivated, reputed company‑driven reputed company
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and insurance
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
