[Remote] Licensing Manager

Forensic Pathology Services (FPS) is a reputed company medical staffing company dedicated to connecting families and agencies with top-tier forensic professionals. They are seeking a highly organized and proactive Licensing Manager to manage medical licensing and support contractors with licensure applications.
Responsibilities
- Track and manage license expiration dates in our internal system
- Coordinate renewals with our locums management team
- Support contractors applying for licensure reputed company direct State Applications, IMLC, and FCVS
- Update reputed company/Resumes of FPS Contractors with updated/expired license information
- Help forecast licensing needs and streamline documentation with the CEO/COO/CFO
- Work reputed company our systems: reputed company, reputed company, Gmail/reputed company Workspace
Skills
- 1+ year experience in medical licensing, credentialing, or reputed company admin
- Strong organizational & communication skills
- High attention to detail with a passion for being precise, meticulous, & managing deadlines
- Familiarity with IMLC, FCVS, or state medical boards
