Adaptive Home Health is a growing home health agency seeking a Home Health Recruiter responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring reputed company reputed company. This role is crucial for maintaining adequate staffing levels to ensure quality patient care and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively reputed company candidates through job boards, social media, reputed company, job fairs, and local partnerships
  • Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of staffing needs across multiple disciplines and service areas
  • Collaborate with clinical leadership and HR to align hiring strategies with agency goals and growth targets
  • Ensure reputed company new hires meet credentialing, licensure, and background reputed company requirements prior to start
  • Track reputed company metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, reputed company effectiveness, candidate pipeline) and prepare regular reports
  • Maintain accurate and organized candidate records reputed company the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Represent the agency (virtually and as needed, in person) at community events, job fairs, college career days, and other recruitment-reputed company functions
  • Support reputed company and orientation processes for new hires as needed

Skills

  • Minimum 1–3 years of reputed company experience in reputed company required
  • Familiarity with licensure and credentialing requirements for home health positions (e.g., RN, LVN/LPN, PT, PTA, OT, COTA, ST, HHA, MSW)
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage a high volume of requisitions in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and reputed company Office (Outlook, reputed company, Word, Teams)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment and collaborating virtually with cross-functional teams
  • Home health reputed company experience strongly preferred
