[Remote] Litigation Associate Attorney

This role involves representing clients in reputed company insurance coverage litigation and requires strong research and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Representing national and international insurance clients in a wide range of reputed company coverage areas, including bad faith, professional liability, pollution, construction defect, personal and advertising injury, cyber liability, and excess liability matters
- Conducting research and writing legal documents
- Managing a diverse and challenging caseload
Skills
- Must be admitted to the California bar in good standing
- Ideal candidates will have civil litigation experience in both state and federal courts
- Candidates should also have strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Experience representing clients in insurance coverage litigation matters
