This role

As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be working with the NZ Sales Team, reporting to the Sales Development Manager. You will be instrumental in shaping reputed company’s growth by driving a significant increase in reputed company leads and opportunities, directly contributing to our mission of revolutionising workforce management.

This role can be based reputed company in New Zealand.

Your key focus areas will be:

  • Generating new sales opportunities through reputed company follow-up, outbound cold calls, and emails.
  • Identifying and nurturing key decision-makers reputed company your assigned accounts to spark their interest in reputed company’s solutions.
  • Collaborating with Account Executives to reputed company promising opportunities for further development and closure.
  • Maintaining and growing your prospect database, ensuring a reputed company flow of reputed company leads.

This will include:

  • Understand customer needs and requirements through discovery calls

    • 1+ years of proven high volume outbound sales experience (B2B)

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong listening and presentation skills
