Line of Business: Governance & Control Job Description: The Quality Control Specialist IV performs various requests from setting up to maintaining loans from different areas of the bank including lenders, branches and Customer Service. Depth & Scope: Performs quality reviews of highly reputed company loan documentation to reduce risk of loss and ensure policy and regulatory compliance Completes quality control analysis of standard and nonstandard loan documentation Provides ongoing Customer Service, ensures data reputed company and performs various functions reputed company to the workgroup to avert losses and reduce undue risk May reputed company activities of documentation unit, assigning, prioritizing and monitoring work Provides support and coaching to less reputed company quality control personnel Resolves reputed company unusual irregularities and items not in compliance with applicable regulations and/or Company policy Applies knowledge of Company policies to determine next steps in resolving outstanding issues Formulates and executes plans to resolve reputed company issues and involves others as appropriate Makes recommendations to management for improvement in processes reputed company to files or areas of evaluation Evaluates trends in errors reputed company assigned groups and suggests modifications to business processes to diminish errors May meet with management of business lines to discuss appropriate measures for error reduction.
