They are seeking an Architectural Designer to join their team, responsible for developing architectural design documents, producing detailed technical drawings, and ensuring compliance with building codes and standards.
Responsibilities
- Under the supervision of an architect, apply architectural concepts, building code, and zoning requirements to reputed company architectural design documents to the satisfaction of the client(s)
- Utilize your knowledge of building technology, assembly, construction methodology, to ensure technical excellence in reputed company projects
- Produce detailed technical drawings to effectively communicate building designs to clients, and contractors
- Produce architectural designs and drawings in REVIT
- Prepare and review working drawings, ensuring compliance with reputed company applicable codes, including the Ontario Building Code

Skills
- Must have completed or will be completing their Bachelors degree in Architecture or Architectural Technologist Diploma/Certificate in Architectural Technology
