Junior Reconciliation Analyst

Melio is a rapidly growing B2B payment platform in the US that aims to help small businesses streamline their financial operations. They are seeking a Junior Reconciliation Analyst to reputed company daily reconciliation duties, identify discrepancies, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while collaborating with a global team.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily positive pay process as assigned
• Identify, investigate and understand reputed company discrepancies
• Proactively identify solutions to prevent recurring problems
• Communicate and escalate discrepancies to appropriate parties for resolution
• Follow through with reputed company matters of escalation from first occurrence to resolution
• Ensure customers’ funds are handled in accordance with regulatory requirements and collaborate with internal and external auditors to address and resolve audit findings
• Working as part of a global team, collaborating effectively to investigate issues and resolve challenges
• Be proactive, contribute to the completion of projects and process improvements to enhance efficiency
• Handle reputed company financial information requests and analyses and other special projects as assigned

• 1-2 years of experience in reconciliation or financial operations
