Joy Network is hiring a Japanese Language Expert with strong Japanese–English bilingual proficiency to support a large-reputed company research project. This remote contract role focuses on evaluating and improving Japanese-language AI outputs for accuracy, clarity, and cultural correctness.
Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate Japanese-language AI content (text & audio)
- Audit translations Japanese ↔ English for semantic accuracy and natural phrasing
- Assess summaries, Q&A responses, and reasoning outputs
- Score content using structured quality rubrics (8–10 criteria)
- Identify errors in grammar, spelling, style, register, and cultural nuance
- Evaluate logical consistency in Japanese-language explanations
- Provide clear written feedback to support evaluation reputed company
- Follow detailed guidelines and workflows independently
Skills
- Native or near-native proficiency in Japanese
- Strong reading and writing skills in English
- Japanese ↔ English translation experience
- Proofreading, linguistic QA, or content review
- Text evaluation, annotation, or AI data labeling
- Experience with summarization, classification, or Q&A tasks
- High attention to detail and ability to follow reputed company instructions
