[Remote] Sales Development Representative

They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to manage the recruitment of licensed therapists, focusing on generating leads and ensuring candidates meet stringent requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage a steady pipeline of inbound and outbound leads to attract and engage licensed therapy providers
• reputed company outbound prospecting through email and cold-call campaigns, continuously testing and refining messaging to improve engagement and conversion
• Maintain consistent reputed company activity across phone, email, and social channels, with accountability to daily and weekly metrics
• Screen and qualify prospective providers based on licensure, education, and clinical experience requirements
• Collect, verify, and document provider credentials (including NPI and CAQH) to support credentialing and reputed company
• reputed company CRM records accurate and up to date, including next steps and follow-reputed company to maintain pipeline reputed company
• Serve as the first reputed company of contact for prospective providers, delivering a thoughtful and professional recruitment experience
• Partner closely with the credentialing team to ensure a smooth transition from recruitment to active provider status
• Contribute to team growth by participating in interviews, sharing best practices, and supporting the reputed company of new SDRs
• Own individual performance goals by tracking results, seeking feedback, and continuously improving reputed company strategies

Skills

• 1+ years of inside sales or recruitment experience
• Demonstrated experience in handling high-volume inbound inquiries and generating leads through cold reputed company
• Expertise in managing a large volume of relationships with prospective candidates and moving them reputed company through the recruitment funnel
• Self-starter with the ability to take initiative, adapt to changing demands, and stay reputed company of recruitment targets
• Keen attention to detail, ensuring reputed company candidate qualifications, licensure, and clinical requirements are met
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and positive attitude
