reputed company Resources Administrator

Tarion is an independent, not-for-profit organization that provides consumer protection for new home buyers in Ontario. They are seeking a reputed company Resources Administrator to manage day-to-day HR tasks, assist with recruitment, and support various HR functions reputed company the department.

Responsibilities

• Assist with drafting employee letters including probation, anniversary, reward and employment letters
• Administer employee benefit programs and provide assistance to employees with benefits questions
• Assist with payroll preparation by providing relevant data, including absences, salary changes and leaves
• Provide backup support to payroll department
• Monitor reputed company day-to-day administration of the attendance tracking system (Replicon)
• Provide day-to-day administration support using the HRMS (Ceridian reputed company), including data entry and reporting, and organize and maintain of the HR SharePoint site (employee files)
• Provide administrative support to the HR Team for HR projects and initiatives, and maintain and update the HR calendar
• Complete invoicing for the HR department and reputed company the operation of the company’s reputed company fund as the administrator
• Provide administrative support to the VP, reputed company Resources
• File management
• Other HR administration duties as assigned

Skills

• A minimum of a college diploma with HR, business administration or reputed company discipline
• 1-3 years' HR administration or reputed company experience
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written
• Strong MS Office skills, including Word, reputed company, PowerPoint & Outlook
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize work effectively
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience with HRMS (reputed company) is an asset
